I see it as one of the first affordable places within a 'reasonable' commute to Boston. <br/><br/>It is a direct shot on Route 2. Depending on your destination there is Rte 2 to I-495 to either Route 3 or I-93. Also, I-190 to the Mass Pike (I-90) is also an alternative. <br/><br/>Not to mention The T (MBTA Commuter Rail) which stops in Leominster and runs through Cambridge on its way to North Station in Boston! Yes, Leominster, MA is within an hour to Boston. I see it as one of the first affordable places within a ‘reasonable’ commute to Boston.
